A Taste of the Chakradance™ Experience
Chakradance™ Teasers are an opportunity to experience a taste of Chakradance™ through shorter, focused movement experiences.
Using music, spontaneous movement, guided visualization, and chakra awareness, you are invited to turn your attention inward and explore what you notice as your body responds to the experience.
There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow. You are encouraged to move in whatever way feels natural and authentic to you.
Each teaser focuses on a particular aspect of the Chakradance™ experience and stands on its own—giving you an opportunity to explore, move, notice, and reconnect with yourself.

November 23 is my birthday, and I’d love to celebrate by moving, connecting, and sharing this Chakradance™ experience with you.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2026 • 1:00–2:00 PM ET
Journey through all seven major chakras in one guided experience.
Beginning with the Root Chakra and moving through the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown, you’ll experience a short activation for each chakra before bringing the journey together as a whole.
This is an opportunity to experience the full chakra system in one session and notice which chakras seem to call for your attention, connection, or curiosity.
A minimum of 4 participants is required. Registration closes 48 hours before the experience.
Participation & Safety:
Please clear your movement area before the session and participate within your own abilities. You may keep your eyes open, lower your gaze, modify your movement, remain seated, pause, or stop at any time. Chakradance™ is an experiential movement practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Minimum Enrollment & Registration:
If minimum enrollment is not reached, you may transfer your registration to the next 7 Chakra Activations date or receive a full refund. Let me know which option you prefer; contact michelle@michelledyettwelcome.com.
Cancellation & Attendance Policy:
If you need to cancel, please contact me at least 7 days before the experience. Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation/administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the experience are nonrefundable.
If you miss the live experience without cancelling, your registration is nonrefundable; however, you will still receive the 7-day replay access included with your registration.
